THE FRIENDS OF INSOLE COURT INVITE YOU TO OUR 50+ GROUP.
Weekly on Wednesdays 10.00am - 12.30pm at Insole Court
The aim of this group is for people aged 50+ to give active support to the Friends of Insole Court and their aims, whilst having the opportunity to enjoy social activities. The refurbished Insole Court has a pantry offering teas, coffee etc and our volunteer-run library opens on certain afternoons. The venue is suitable for people with disabilities.
This is a Friends of Insole Court activity in partnership with Age Concern, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, and with the support of Cardiff County Council. It is funded under the Ageing Well Grant Scheme Supporting Older People's Groups (aged 50+)
