We are pleased to have secured grant of £500 from the Aging Well and Engaging Programme for people aged 50+, towards the costs of establishing the group and paying speakers. However,as we need to pay rent to the County Council for the room, we will be asking for a contribution of £1 each time you attend.

This group is open to all FIC members and we are always pleased to see some new faces. Remember the aim of the group is to support the aims of FIC. So if you would like to keep up-to-date with FIC activities, developments and events and could maybe assist from time to time as opportunities for volunteering grow, then put Wednesday morning in your diary and come and join us. We start at 10am unless otherwise stated. A more detailed programme of speakers and topics is available below and will also be displayed on the notice boards in High Street and at the top of Insole Court’s Chestnut drive. The Court has tea and coffee available, also the library facility (which is also looking for more volunteers to expand opening times) and it is suitable for people with disabilities.
